This pattern makes a cute little ruffled capelet. I designed it as a birthday present for my best friend, and I recently made one for myself in a different color. The pattern:
Items:
1 skein of Premier Yarns Starbella
Size 11 knitting needles
This pattern requires knowing how to knit with Starbella yarn. I believe it shows you on the tag, though.
Cast on 10, or as many more as you want.
Knit until it has the desired width. If you drop stitches, its ok, it makes a great addition to the pattern.
Leave long enough tails for the ties.
